Welcome to Oh To Be A Dog. Please fill out the form so we may enter you into our GPS tracking system. We will email you with log in information and other logistics.
Policies:
Regular Walks are automatically debited from your credit card on file every Sunday for the previous week. Only pay for what you use. If your card does not process you will be notified. If your account is past due over 5 days Oh To Be A Dog has the right to suspend services until account has been paid.
Cancellations are not penalized as long as you let us know, even the day of is OK. If you forget to cancel and we show up to walk, you will be charged. If you cancel, you will not be charged.
Collars: Due to health and safety do not walk on flat collars, pinch/prong or choke chains.
Client Liability Waiver: Oh To Be A Dog (OTBAD) will endeavor to create as safe as an environment as possible for the care of my pet(s) and will endeavor to offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and care. However, I recognize that OTBAD is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions while training, walking or caring for my pet(s). I understand I am and will remain solely responsible for the actions of my pet(s) and any harm caused by my pet(s) while my pet(s) is being cared for by OTBAD whether it be training, walking or overnight care and I assume full responsibility for any and all expenses involved. In addition, I agree that to hold harmless and indemnify OTBAD for any claim of injury, expense, costs or damages to any Pet Care Professionals or Trainers, whether sponsored by me or not, or to third parties arising out of my own actions or the actions of my pet(s). In consideration of, and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for training, walks, general care or overnight care, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless OTBAD, its officers, directors, pet care professionals, trainers, employees and/or volunteers of any and all claims or claims by any member of my family, expense, costs or damages to myself or my pet(s). I agree that I have given full disclosure that my pet(s) is/are in good health and of any history of aggressive behavior towards any person or other dog. If I fail to inform OTBAD of such risks, I understand that I am responsible for all losses or damages caused by my failure to properly inform OTBAD.I authorize emergency medical care to be provided by the named veterinarian on my client form, or an appropriate alternate to be determined by OTBAD in the event my regular vet is not available. I will reimburse OTBAD for any charges related to this emergency care.I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service from OTBAD is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service.
